We Are Always Evolving to Meet the Needs of Our Clients
Established in 1994, Cantata Home Services was originally created as a way to help patients transition back into the community from our campus services. As time progressed, we realized that the traditional at home services we were providing was not always aligned with our clients’ unique needs–sometimes it was more intensive than people liked or even required.
Our clients wanted more flexibility in their own home without someone having to be in their space all day. Instead, they wanted support at times they needed it most, splitting time between morning and evening, or at specific intervals throughout the day. This realization allowed us to evolve and transition the way we delivered at home care, leading us to develop our Take 2 Neighborhood Home Care Program.

We will be at your home when you need us, whether that is for an hour a day, or a full 24 hours.
Our Take 2 Neighborhood Care Program is a unique alternative for those looking for home care. Cantata Home Services is the home care services division of the Cantata Adult Life Services family, a 501©3 not-for-profit organization. Cantata Home Services has been providing services out in our local community of Chicago and its western suburbs for more than 25 years.
Cantata Home Services is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health to provide non-medical, personal care services (home services) and home nursing services to its clients within the community.
The Cantata Adult Life Services family has been accredited by CARF International, a non-profit accreditor of health and human service organizations, as an organization that is guided by internationally recognized standards and best practices in the field.
